This is the first section, opened in late 2024 by Eastwood Developments. It features three shopping floors, one basement parking garage, and two above-ground parking garages, with additional parking spaces available on the ground floor and third floor. Construction originally began in 2022, and thanks to an increased budget and improved design expertise, several renovations and enhancements were made. A significant budget surplus occurring in mid-2024 allowed for further improvements, ensuring a more refined and functional space. 

The second section, offers two shopping floors and one above-ground parking garage. With parking garages on the shopping floors providing convenient parking access for all. For more details about upcoming expansions and future plans, please visit the 'Plans' page.
